Job Summary

The Financial Accountant will manage accounting records in Taiwan, ensuring timely transactions with suppliers and customers, and providing accurate financial analysis. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of books and management accounts for entities in Taiwan, ensuring accurate group reporting.
• Handle month-end financial analysis, cash flow reporting, and group reporting data submission.
• Process supplier invoices, ensure approval and timely payments, and maintain supplier and customer data.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to optimize working capital and meet funding requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Corporate Finance on various financial operations and compliance tasks.
• Manage year-end external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Engage in ad-hoc tasks like mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence work.

Requirements

• Accounting degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Big Four accounting firms is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and Microsoft Office skills.
