Research and Documentation: Help create or update policy guidelines, documents, trainings, SOPs, website documentation, etc. Documents may include such things as progressive discipline documents and HR Compliance training. Some projects may require independent research on laws. Ability to analyze and translate complex legal language into layman's terms and simple documentation helpful. Sharepoint Support: Use Sharepoint to create teams or channels to showcase specific policies or documents for HR or management. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including HR and HR support to complete projects. Support Team Members: Assist other team members with various HR Compliance projects and initiatives. Provide support in ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
