We're hiring a motivated Pipelayer to work on underground utility projects, including sewer, water, and drainage systems. Whether you're starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and seeing visible results at the end of each day-this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Install underground utilities: sewer, water, storm, and conduit lines.
• Operate and assist with equipment such as loaders, trenchers, and excavators.
• Use pipe lasers to ensure proper alignment and placement.
• Perform basic concrete forming and finishing tasks.
• Work closely with crew members to maintain a safe and productive job site.
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn-experience is a plus but not required!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy equipment operation in utility installation.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Familiarity with pipe lasers and concrete work.
• Welding experience or pipeline installation background is a bonus.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift 50 to 75 lbs.
• Perform repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or steps.
• Sit or stand for extended periods and walk on uneven ground.
• Work safely in various weather conditions, noisy environments, and around vibrations.
• Continuous use of hand tools and fine manipulation.
