About the Role: As the Aftermarket Sales Engineer – Gas Turbine, you will be responsible for driving parts and service sales within the Process Technology Division, with a primary focus on gas turbine systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and sell aftermarket parts and services
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities; document in CRM
- Generate accurate quotes using technical and commercial knowledge
- Maintain strong relationships through key account management and lifecycle customer care
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent contact and support
- Manage forecasting and pipeline activity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- 5–10 years of experience in service or aftermarket sales
- Experience in dust collection and solids handling is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Sales training or certifications are a bonus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
