The Role

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, ensuring alignment with the client's operational and strategic goals
- Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale capital projects in heavy industry, mining, or energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a live operational environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded.
- Must be available to work onsite in Portland, Victoria
