We are currently seeking a Business Performance Manager to join our team based in Houston, TX.

About the Job

Manage the operation of systems, data, and analytics within the Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) systems at Technip Energies. This includes supporting current ERP and inquiry systems and leading the transition to new digital tools across estimation, procurement, expediting, and logistics processes.

Scope: Major Proposals and Projects under AOC responsibility (cluster and multi-center execution included)

Other Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and prioritizing business performance projects to align with strategic needs.


  • Ensuring compliance with system deployment and utilization.


  • Partnering with the Digital Transformation Team to lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of digital procurement tools, including E-VPM and ERP platforms.


  • Maintaining oversight of project / proposal activities and anticipating organizational needs.


  • Defining program scopes for tool development and performance tracking.


  • Offering guidance on issue resolution and recovery during system disruptions.


  • Harmonizing work processes across Americas Operating Centers (AOC).


  • Contributing to process standardization, simplification, and transformation in support of continuous improvement.


  • Continuously explore and implement innovative applications of artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and automation across procurement systems and processes.


  • Ensuring adherence to group procedures, guidelines, and best practices.


  • Assisting GSP end users (e.g., Purchasing, VPM, transport) in process improvement.


  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.


Deliverables:

  • System performance reports and compliance metrics to be shared with AOC Procurement Department Manager and GS&P Director


  • ERP transition plans and implementation support


  • Standardized processes and improvement proposals

About You

Wed love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field


  • Minimum 15 years of experience with ERP and procurement systems


  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to influence in complex environments


  • Experience with ERP software and digital transitions is advantageous


  • Communication & influencing skills
