In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Act as first HR contact for employees
- Build and maintain sound relationship with employees with all level within the organization
- Provide counseling and solution for employees and leaders in line with business needs
- Understand, explain and support policies, procedures and management decisions with employees
- Drive the implementation of the HR & management processes and tools (e.g. performance review) across the organization
- Coordinate recruitment process by understanding business needs and proposing short list of candidates to the recruiting manager
- Ensure proper job description is available and filed for all positions/employees
- Conduct job offers
- Facilitate exit interviews and identify necessary actions
- Support annual training plan
Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- College / University degree
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Intermediate English language knowledge and presentation skill
- Minimum 2 years' of HR experience
- Driving licence
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of any other plus European language could be an advantage
