Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Technical Project Manager - Energy tojoin our team. The primary function of this role will be to ensure requirementssatisfaction, scheduling, risk management, and problem resolution for ICE andEV energy systems. This individual will be joining a well established andgrowing international team that is helping to move our electronics division forward.

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface to the customer.
• Responsible for gathering and managing requirements, coordinating cross-functional and multi-location teams, and defining and tracking deliverables across all domains (Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, Testing, etc.).
• Facilitate the clarification and definition of complex system specifications, requirements, and expectations, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer needs.
• Execute tasks within the frameworks of configuration management, functional safety, cybersecurity, and other relevant standards, ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE processes across all domains.
• Support project-wide risk management by assessing feasibility and identifying risks from component level through to final product validation.
• Participate in technical discussions with the project team, leading and escalating critical issues while maintaining a strong focus on the customer perspective.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering master's degree preferred
• Professional experience in system design, systems engineering, or a strong background in software, hardware, or mechatronics.
• Proficient in requirements analysis and management tools, as well as configuration and change management systems.
• Proactive and self-motivated, results-oriented, with a growth mindset and strong commitment to excellence.
• Extensive experience interfacing with customers in technical environments; strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
• Comfortable working in a global environment with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
