About the Demand Generation & Partnerships Manager position
As our Demand Generation/Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for executing our mid market demand generation plan. You will open up new marketing channels that support Intruder's move up market and grow our average contract size.
You will create and develop partnerships with integration partners, professional associations and cyber thought leaders, building brand awareness and trust.
You will also work closely with our sales and customer success teams to support a unified go-to-market approach. You will drive sales enablement through collateral production and generation of customer centric marketing opportunities, such as case studies and speaking opportunities. You will also set our events strategy and work with the Marketing Coordinator to execute upon it.

About the Demand Generation & Partnerships Manager position

What we think you need to be successful
- 3-6 years experience in a mid-market B2B tech company
- Demonstrated relationship management experience in a marketing partnerships, account management or sales role - we're open to people looking to move into Marketing from other commercial functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including being comfortable with the occasional public speaking engagement (e.g. hosting webinars)
- A creative mindset for developing joint campaigns with partners that help us stand out in the market and drive revenue growth
- Ideas about the best channels and marketing tactics to support growth in the mid market segment
- Experience working cross functionally between sales and marketing teams to facilitate revenue generation
- A strong teaming mindset - at Intruder all our teams work together to build and deliver an exceptional product
Interview Process
- Company intro (20-30 minutes, virtual): initial chat with our Head of Marketing for you to learn more about the role, Intruder and tell us what you're looking for
- If good vibes are mutual, you'll receive a take-home task to prepare, to show us your skills, experience and creativity!
- Interview (90 mins): Present your task and talents in a panel interview with our CEO, Head of Marketing and other members of the leadership team in our office here in Shoreditch. You'll deep dive into the role, display your skillset and have the opportunity to ask about life at Intruder and make sure our culture is a great match.
