Ensure high level of Availability, Reliability, and dependability of the plant. Primary point of contact for all technical interface with the customer. Manage the Operation and Maintenance team, ensuring proper training and execution of tasks. Coordinate the ordering of spare parts, consumables or services under scope. Participate in meetings, data collection, and Root Cause Analysis coordination. Work with engineering for any required modifications to improve plant performance. Provide periodic reports outlining agreed KPIs, work completed, and operational parameters.Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent knowledge / experience. 5+ years' experience in complex project management and/or operations and maintenance in the power generation industry. 5+ years' experience in commissioning of Aero Gas turbines with M Vie control system.Desired Characteristics: Experience in Operation, maintenance, and commissioning of Aero gas turbines. Experience in Power Plant operations and Maintenance. Strong IT skills, leadership, and communication skills.
