Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Commercial Manager to join our team in Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, with a focus on renewable energy initiatives. As the MEP Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies for MEP projects
• Preparing and reviewing project budgets and financial forecasts
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project costs and identifying areas for cost savings
• Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing financial reports and analysis to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the MEP industry
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and initiatives
• Excellent financial and budgeting skills
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
