Responsibilities
  • As a member of the Project Execution team, responsible for driving project towards success.
  • Cost control & management, which includes management of project budgets, cashflow & revenue.
  • Preparation of payment claims in line with the contractual requirements in a timely manner, and regular updating of system to reflect accurate data.
  • Vendor Invoice booking, GR, and payment processing within due date.
  • Complete ownership of Project set up in SAP. Maintain Project WBS & Networks. Billing plan creation, milestone release for invoice & cash-in revision in SAP.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions and process Purchase Orders for supply & service, follow up till deliveries completed at site, handling spares, consumables, tools & stocks up to project close.
  • Manage component creation and installation for as built in SAP, up to Project closure.
  • Support Project Reporting requirement for Internal Management & Customer.
  • Project administrative and site liaison as required.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting / Engineering or other related fields.
  2. 5-8 years' Experience in a Project Management Environment with experience in below:
  • Project Management Support.
  • Project Transactional and cost control support.
  • Accurate financial management of the project budget, cashflow and revenue.
  • Raising and processing purchase requisition and follow ups on of purchase orders and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing and processing upstream and downstream payment claims.
  • Quality Control, Coordinate the close out and recovery of supplier non-conformance.
  • Project coordination and support, collaboratively working with Project and site teams.
