JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner , reporting directly to People & Culture Director to join the team based in Jakarta.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to understand the Human Resources requirements in the business unit under their responsibility and to provide support, advice, and expertise to meet the business needs to managers and employees of this business unit.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Understands the short/medium/long term business requirements and advises the most appropriate HR solutions.
  • HR Advisory: Provides advice to managers and employees on HR policies and practices and employment legislation.
  • Stakeholder Management and Engagement: Builds a strong business relationship with the local, regional and global management team, employees and other stakeholders within the company.
  • HR Operations: Execute HR Operations for the operating center. Implements best practices and supports the delivery of HR processes at the operating center.
  • Total Rewards: Handle country Total Rewards related matters including checking and reviewing payroll data & processes.
  • International mobility: Supervises application of the International Mobility policies, when applicable.
  • People Development: Implement People Development strategies supported by efficient related tools, when applicable.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies gaps, proposes, and implement necessary changes to cover risks. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with COE and line managers in the delivery of HR process and ensures the implementation of P&C initiatives and campaigns.
  • Industrial Relations & Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for Labor law and Social Security compliance, when applicable. Manage Industrial Relations matter for the operating center.
  • HR Data Integrity: Maintains accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems and tools
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to you.

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent (preferably HR related)
  • Minimum 12 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers
  • Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Meticulous, attention to details
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with multinational companies in one or several HR domains, regional role will be added advantage
