In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Inspects shipment for obvious damage upon receipt and documents visible damage and
    notifies purchasing of discrepancies
  • Verifies material and PO requirements received, inputs receiving data into Oracle system
  • Maintains accurate inventory, lot integrity, and Country of Origin
  • Moves inventory to designated location. Delivers MRO and non-production material to
    designated receiving area
  • Receives all other non-inventory items including large equipment requiring forklift skills or
    special handling
  • Safely operates and maintains all material handling equipment
  • Accurately converts different units of measure when conversion factors appear on the Receipt
    Traveler
  • Interacts with QA to inspect incoming product
  • Maintain DOT certification
  • Works with purchasing to resolve material discrepancies
  • Priorities "hot" shipments by reviewing email messages
  • Uses hand tools to assemble wood crates
  • Selects appropriate size box to load
  • Loads boxes of product pulled from a cart or pallet. Palletizes orders for domestic and
    international consoles
  • Packages to the appropriate government and domestic levels
  • Verifies the accurate completion of all shipment documents
  • Ensures that all container markings are properly applied
  • Selects and schedules freight lines for shipments in appropriate software
  • Monitors and maintains packaging inventory
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 2 years related shipping, receiving experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to operate forklift; training and certification will be required upon hire

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Oracle/Export software (Tradesphere and TRAX) knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement Processes highly desired
  • Experience with export process, export compliance and documentation a plus
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified a plus

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the hourly pay range for this role is $24.27 - $29.41 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
