Freedom Forever is looking for a Solar Site Surveyor to join our team in San Jose, CA. In this role, you'll travel to residential project sites to collect roof, electrical, and structural data needed for accurate solar system design and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site audits for residential solar installations
• Measure roof dimensions and note all obstructions (vents, pipes, etc.)
• Collect photos, electrical details, and structural info
• Upload audit results the same day using mobile tools
• Communicate with customers, design teams, and project leads
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of construction, solar, or site audit experience preferred
• Comfortable working on various roof types and heights
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be available for weekend shifts and occasional travel

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting of 50+ lbs, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and bending
• Working on rooftops, in attics, and in varied weather conditions
• Repetitive motions and use of hand tools and mobile devices

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS(Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)

If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
