JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Digital Marketing Lead Generation will focus on driving Bora's digital marketing efforts toward the achievement of our ambitious growth targets. The person in this role will be instrumental in key lead generation activities and will be responsible for driving both channel strategy and execution. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and report directly to the Sr Director of Marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Social Media Management
  • Create strategy to grow community and engage followers
  • Lead agency in management of paid social media strategy and execution
  • Content creation to support channel strategy; collaboration with other team members to execute content creation
  • Manage comments/messages and other engagements with company profile(s)
• Advertising
  • Collaborate with agency partners to create advertising strategy to achieve marketing KPIs (Including Google PPC, Microsoft Bing PPC, and third-party endemic media)
  • Coordinate with other team members, SMEs, agency partner to create messaging and creative for all advertising execution
  • Manage advertising budget across platforms, optimizing spend for performance
  • Assist in definition of KPIs and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Website and email marketing
  • Co-owner of website www.boracdmo.com and email marketing program
  • Collaborate with SMEs, other marketing team members, and agency partners on conversion rate optimization, nurture streams, promotional email planning, and website content
  • Assist in definition of KPIs and monthly/quarterly reporting

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience writing short form social media content
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse audiences
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure efficacy of work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Compensation Range:
$162,233.00 - $243,350.00
