Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, thermostats, ventilation units, etc.)
• Use the company app to receive and manage service calls, track progress, and submit reports
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Work with electrical and fire safety components when required
• Ensure all work complies with local safety, building, and fire codes
• Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Assist in training apprentices or junior technicians as needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC service/repair experience
• EPA certification is required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with fire safety systems and relevant codes
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Patience and willingness to support team development
• Own tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using mobile apps to manage job information
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
