Divisional Service Manager, Power Generation Opportunity Summary:

The Divisional Power Generation Service Manager manages the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service operations with the Generator Service Group by communicating and working directly with divisional employees, customers, and manufacturers.

Job Duties:

• Assists in the development of the divisional operations business plans.
• Supports and provides input to the development of internal and external program strategies and implementation of new and emerging products.
• Works directly with divisional warranty activity to ensure compliance.
• Helps coach and guide internal managers in establishing internal policies to improve employee relations, culture, and overall operations.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve escalated service issues.
• Works alongside the sales department in ensuring determination and/or quotation of the labor segment of the sale or bid.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Associate's and/or technical degree, or 3+ years of related experience and/or training
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies
• Computer and software skills including Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
