What will you do

• Provide support to internal clients and related departments by identifying optimization and automation solutions, as well as relevant risks, and propose measures to mitigate these risks
• Support the implementation of optimization and automation strategies that contribute to achieving business objectives
• Ensure timely and highly accurate completion of all activities assigned to the team, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, performance standards, quality benchmarks, and internal controls, as defined in SLA agreements and relevant company policies
• Perform tasks independently, provide support to the team and other staff members, and act as a point of contact for escalations and issues requiring further analysis
• Carry out work in compliance with company policies and in coordination with the Accounts Payable Team Coordinator
• Actively and responsibly participate in projects, possess in-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes, understand general accounting workflows, and contribute to process improvements through automation and automated reporting
• Provide support to Accounts Payable teams and deliver training on the developed tools

How do you know you are the right fit

• Education/Training:
  • University Degree (preferably in Economics or Finance)
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, Excel and Power Automate
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or other key financial processes, preferably in a diverse and multinational environment
• Languages:
  • English - advanced level, both written and spoken
  • German - intermediate/advanced level is an advantage
  • Language proficiency certifications are considered an asset
• Other:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FI
