This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager

Key responsibilities

Become part of our purchasing team and drive strategic decisions! In this role, you will take responsibility for negotiations, optimize processes and drive cost reductions. You will work closely with internal teams and international suppliers to develop sustainable solutions.

The work model for the role is: hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting contract and price negotiations and concluding framework agreements
• Taking on escalation management and developing solutions in the event of supply bottlenecks
• Defining and implementing cost reduction projects and reporting the results
• Developing and implementing process improvements in purchasing and supplier management
• Carrying out market and risk analyses and evaluating supplier risks

Qualifications for the role

• Completed studies in the commercial or technical field (Bachelor/Master),
• Relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in a technical environment
• Confident negotiation and communication skills for successful supplier relationships
• Knowledge of contract law and contract drafting for legally compliant contracts
• Technical understanding and knowledge of manufacturing processes for optimal evaluation of offers
