This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Operations

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Active participation in the HR department of ABB Belgium during a challenging internship.
• Support for the HR team and independent execution of various tasks.
• Assistance with the implementation of the new HR application solution, Workday, within the HR IS application landscape.
• Support for soft HR activities such as Coaching & Communication.
• Analysis of files and potential drafting of new procedures and policies.
• Collaboration with the HR Business Partner (from our location in Evergem) on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• You are an enthusiastic and motivated student, studying for example Business Administration or a similar field.
• You are naturally curious.
• A passive attitude doesn't suit you at all-you prefer to take initiative.
• You feel at home in a professional, technological environment and are capable of working independently and accurately.
• Proficiency in MS Office is a given.
• You are customer-oriented and communicate easily, both in Dutch and English.
