This Position reports to:
Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system
• Checks the quality of incoming goods for storage, ensures daily contact with suppliers, participates in regular inventory control processes, checking customs documents, supporting the team for daily operations
• Assisting the sales support team in managing customer orders throughout the entire process, including order entry,tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery, collaborates with after-sales services and/or spare parts teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Proactively updates customers on the status of issues and provides clarifications for any questions they may have throughout repair processes, ensures a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire process

Qualifications

• An associate degree graduate, preferably knowledge of logistics experience
• Preferably having a forklift license
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• High ability to work in a team, good communication skills
