This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor

About the role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving its production targets
by adhering to existing systems and processes. You will work with machines and
equipment on the production floor on a daily basis. In addition, you will demonstrate your expertise by reading and interpreting technical drawings and
instructions for the assembly of products, systems, or switchgear.

The working model for this role is: on-site

This position contributes to Motion Traction in Untersiggenthal.

Your main tasks:
• Carrying out complete assembly according to specifications, using machines and tools for crimping
and wiring.
• Checking tools and machines, complying with quality standards, deadlines, and
occupational safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with team leaders and production planning, documenting work and reporting material or documentation errors.
• Correcting production documents and actively participating in process improvements.

Qualifications for the role

• Completed training in electrical engineering with professional experience in switchgear construction.
• Confident use of Office 365 and experience in the manufacture of cable harnesses in a production environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in the railway industry, ideally as a production employee, familiar with
crimping tools.
• Reliable and a team player, with a clear and open communication and feedback culture.
• Good written and spoken German, basic knowledge of English.
