This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Portfolio
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
• Lead the commercial and operational strategy for ABB's Analysis business in France, driving market share growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the financial performance of the Analysis activity (growth, margins, profitability), and present results to the European leadership team.
• Promote ABB's analytical products and services to both existing customers and new prospects, fostering long-term relationships.
• Manage, develop, and inspire a team of approximately 20 people, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications for the Role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, including at least 5 years in commercial management within an international organization
• Solid understanding of the industrial analysis market in France
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
