This Position reports to:
Acting Quality Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Development of internal procedures and standards ensuring the highest possible level of quality in the production plant
• Quality planning in accordance with the requirements of the APQP standard
• Development of control plans, initiation, implementation and coordination of corrective and preventive actions
• Full support of assembly lines in ensuring quality
• Raising quality awareness among employees
• Implementation and maintenance of 5S principles in the workplace
• Conducting explanatory activities in the event of quality deviations, customer complaints
• Participation in the internal audit process
• Control of finished products (Outgoing Checklist)
• Support in repair programs for suppliers

Qualifications for the role

• At least secondary technical education, preferably higher (mechanical, electronics, electrical engineering, quality
• management or related).
• Experience in working as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge and experience in developing PPAP documentation is welcome.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team and very good work organization.
• Systematicity in work.
