资格条件:

精通多绕组移相变压器设计,涵盖绝缘、电磁、热力与机械设计领域 具备变压器设计经验,熟悉设计规范、工具及关键质量指标(CTQs) 拥有中压传动系统变压器的丰富应用经验。 熟悉变压器制造流程,精通设计与过程中的质量控制 电气工程或相关专业本科(硕士优先),具备优秀的英语书面及口语沟通能力 三年以上相关工作经验

岗位职责:
1. 主导变压器技术规范制定 。
2. 审核供应商变压器设计方案,评估性能与可靠性。
3. 从设计维度实施变压器质量控制
4. 制定变压器测试方案并持续监控分析测试数据(含变压器/原材料认证测试、型式试验及例行试验),编写测试规范并执行变压器的整机认证测试。
5. 分析工厂及现场故障案例,制定改进措施并跟进供应商的执行。
6. 监控变压器成本,提出并评估成本优化方案。
