Short description

We are seeking experienced and skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team for a long-term project. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding steel structures and components in a welding factory for offshore vessels/ships.

Function description

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Fabricate steel components using cutting, grinding, and forming tools.
• Perform MIG welding on heavy steel structures.
• Conduct quality checks on welds and fabricated parts.
• Operate overhead cranes and other heavy machinery safely.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in heavy steel or shipbuilding industries.
• Proficiency in MIG welding (certifications preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
• Intermediate English Level (min. B1).
