This Position reports to:
Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Providing direction to the engineering team with a focus on functional safety, cybersecurity, on time delivery, quality, and margin improvement.
• Ensuring the projects/ operations value chain portfolio follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures and that the projects are closed as per the contract specifications.
• Initiating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing continual improvement of processes and procedures to strengthen the engineering / design capability and efficiency, utilize agile methodologies to reduce engineering lead time, and enhance functional safety and cybersecurity.
• Driving team performance to ensure that the deliverables are met on time and as per the set contract specifications and safety, cyber security, and quality requirements.

Qualifications for the role

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or a related role with proficiency in engineering design and project management software.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience in planning, resource allocation, and meeting contractual and financial targets.
• Demonstrated experience in process and procedure improvement.
• Ability to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
