Job Description:
As TUCA Finance Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Country Leadership Team, driving financial excellence, strategic planning, and balanced business performance. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including performance management, credit and risk governance, and the effective deployment and return of a substantial investment portfolio. You will lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, compliance standards, and value creation targets.
The successful candidate will report directly to Senior Finance Manager, Castrol Europe-META and work very closely with TUCA Sales Director
Key accountabilities:
Partner with the Country Leadership Team to shape and implement long-term strategic and financial plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Director and functional heads on financial, risk, and investment-related matters.
Translate business strategy into financial goals, KPIs, and actionable plans.
Drive the business performance agenda by establishing robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Ensure timely and accurate financial insights to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead the preparation and delivery of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial outlooks.
Establish and maintain a strong credit control framework to mitigate credit exposure and optimize working capital.
Identify financial risks and lead mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
Collaborate with commercial teams to balance risk appetite with growth ambitions.
Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and governance of the country's investment portfolio.
Ensure capital allocation aligns with strategic priorities and delivers optimal returns.
Oversee financial due diligence and post-investment performance tracking
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, future-ready finance team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support talent development and succession planning within the finance organization.Governance and Compliance
Ensure compliance with all local and corporate financial regulations, policies, and reporting standards.
Maintain integrity of financial controls, systems, and audit readiness.

In this role, we have the following requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or CPA/ACCA is desirable
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including in a CFO or senior finance role.
- Proven track record in performance management, credit risk, and capital investment oversight.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in multinational or matrixed environments preferred.
