This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes in ABB Niessen factory. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification - ABB Niessen in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines
• Managing procurement planning based on manufacturing orders, utilizing an ERP system to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials
• Identifying key root causes for non-performance
• Leading or support initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications for the role

• Proven experience in handling ERP systems such as SAP or similar, specifically in Planning (MRP) areas
• Experience with: Managing manufacturing orders (MOs), Managing purchase orders (POs), and reviewing and validating invoices
• Previous roles communicating and coordinating with both domestic and international suppliers
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• High level of English
• Technical or administrative academic background would be valuable
