Job Purpose

Act as focal point for fuel and water supply for the Company end users. Plan and coordinate with supplier for future required fuel/water and ensure the required quantity of diesel is delivered on time. Reconcile and maintain all necessary statistics records for diesel/water movement.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

• Maintain records for diesel and water consumption.
• Generate monthly fuel reports and any other related reports.
• Investigates, determine and calculate on daily basis the diesel and water consumption.
• Implements diesel and fresh water management manual for all diesel and water request from end users.
• Plan and schedule in advance with end users to determine diesel and water future operations requirements and ensures enough stock of diesel and water are available for site operations.
• Liaise regularly with shipping supervisors and establish communications with vessel captain for all diesel and water loaded on all vessels and discharge at on sites and to obtain accurate daily report.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve diesel movement, assist in streamline work processes and work cooperatively to provide best customer services.
• Enhance and provide ongoing solutions to fuel/water supply chain challenges that meet customers' expectations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; addressing complaints and resolving problems or challenges.
• Schedules duty roaster and monitors personnel's time keeping.
• Acts as focal point to coordinate for any relevant campaigns and events that are related to his section.

• Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
Training
• Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
Health, Safety , Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
Housekeeping
• Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during operations, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.
Reports
• Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
• Prepare various Key Performance Indicator (KPI) checklists for management

Contact with line Manager/ peers and other employees within the company/Group as required

Contact with external parties including consultants, third party service providers, and government agencies as required

Minimum Qualification

Diploma

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

4 years of experience, in the operation of facilities associated with the petroleum, material handling, manufacturing, marine industries.

Work Environment
A/C environment, could be exposed to the prevailing weather conditions like heat, humidity and dust during occasional site visits.
