Part of the Service Organization, Fleet Coordination has an important part in maintaining the most efficient and sustainable fleet including Service vans and Benefit Cars across the France area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all fleet demands from our internal customers ensuring on time deliveries full filled with quality and safety standards, according to MED driving Policy.
• You will report to Service Operation Support Team, and you will be part of MED Fleet Coordinator Community.
• He will be a key contact for the suppliers within the fleets management including find and assist selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting.
• Monitor and manage the actual fleet.
• Analyzes cost, spends and requests. Create analysis reports and propose cost saving initiatives.
• Facilitate continuous improvement programs both internally and at the suppliers with special focus on safety, supplier optimization and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to KPI's in regard to safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, university degree
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge
• ⁠Experience with fleet management (min 3 Years) or logistic (a plus)

• Problem-solving oriented
• High written and verbal communication skills
• Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
