This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-hybrid

• Lead and manage complex industrial projects in France and internationally, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met from order intake to project closure
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, validate budget allocations and technical orientations, and prepare monthly progress reports
• Conduct project reviews, ensure client acceptance, and consolidate lessons learned at project completion

Qualifications for the Role

• Engineering degree (BAC +5) with at least 8 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in an international context
• Experience in process engineering, mechanics, electricity and/or automation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal teams and external partners
• Fluent in English and available for regular travel in France and abroad (approximately one trip every two months)
• Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills, with a client-oriented and safety-first mindset
