Job Description: Project Manager Location: Worcester, United States Start Date: 25 June 2025 Pay Rate: $70 Per Hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Worcester, United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility construction projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Work with the project team to oversee construction activity to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and scheduleInterface with owner/client, and on-site construction crews as required to ensure project safety, quality, project schedule and other milestones are metPrepare electrical utility construction proposals and estimates, including drawing take-offs Interface with client/owner representative, IBEW union members and subcontractors Continuously exercise leadership capabilities in managing field employees and utility construction work while following company and contract requirementsMonitor project progress and identify and address any issues that may arise Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders Ensure projects are completed in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Required Skills and Experience:Electrical utility construction (distribution, substation, transmission line) expertise is preferred BS/BA in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred4-7 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related experience in the utility construction industryKnowledge of utility construction practicesStrong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
