NOV is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Amelia, LA. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will maintain warehouse deliveries and help our customers with updated shipping reports.

Job Summary:

• Execute Picking, Shipping, or Receiving
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into the computer database.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists, and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Log transport truck deliveries.
• Maintain truck counts upon shipping departures and take pictures.
• Update Customers with requested reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Microsoft Suite experience preferred
