In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with local communities to promote and implement low carbon initiatives, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. You will play a key role in educating and empowering community members to embrace sustainable practices and reduce their carbon footprint. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote low carbon initiatives Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for renewable energy projects Organize and facilitate workshops, events, and outreach programs to raise awareness about sustainable practices Evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement Build relationships with community members, organizations, and government agencies to support low carbon initiatives Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field Experience in community engagement and outreach, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and sustainable practices
