Position Overview: Sales List Cleaner

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be an essential member of our sales enablement team. Your role is crucial to our business growth - by researching, qualifying, and organizing high-value leads, you'll create the foundation for effective outreach and lasting client relationships.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, loves research, and takes pride in maintaining clean, accurate data. You'll support our team in connecting with the right companies at the right time with the right message.

Note: This is an on-site position. Candidates must be located in or near DeLand FL, to be considered.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive new business by making 100 outbound calls per day, connecting with decision-makers, and qualifying potential clients.
  • Improve sales accuracy by researching and cleaning at least 125 company contacts per week, ensuring our lead database is high-quality and actionable.
  • Maintain a well-organized, reliable lead database using Excel and CRM tools (training provided)
  • Strengthen the sales pipeline by partnering with account executives to prioritize and advance high-value opportunities.
  • Accelerate engagement by following up promptly on inbound leads and booking discovery meetings.
  • Ensure visibility and accountability by tracking outreach activities and lead status in our CRM system.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or a phone-based sales/support role
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially in Excel and online research
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Goal-oriented with a consistent, energetic work ethic
