Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support one of our global OEM clients on a large-scale E house integrated project in China. Key Responsibilities: Oversee & coordinate on-site activities during construction of the electrical substation. Supervise subcontractors, construction teams, and other personnel. Implement safety protocols & safety meetings, complying with HSE regulations. Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule to ensure project is on track. Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and labor according to project timeline. Monitor progress and resolve any delays or issues Report any schedule deviations or risks to senior project management. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction is carried out according to approved drawings and standards. Manage and approve the use and allocation of resources to ensure optimal productivity while meeting budget requirements. Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. Provide updates to senior management regarding project progress, risks, challenges. Facilitate communication between all parties to resolve issues promptly. Monitor construction budget, ensure project is completed within financial constraints. Maintain accurate records of site activities (work progress, inspections & materials). Desired Characteristics: At least 10 years of experience in onshore and offshore works with experience in E-house construction.
