This Position reports to:
Service Sales Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers
• Prepares / supports in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives
• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization
• Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization, managing repair activities in workshop
• Promoting ABB's Service products and solutions during various marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings) while monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration

Qualifications

• University degree in related fields
• Proficient command of written & spoken English
• Action oriented, communicate effectively, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving, team work oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and well-developed negotiation and presentation skillson skills
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling
