Position Summary

As a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth for the Kodak Alaris Business unit. This involves planning and managing multi-channel sales/marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates. You will also collaborate with sales, services and product teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent message. As a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, content, social media, email, cold calls) to generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Creating and nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted marketing activities, including inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Working closely with sales, service, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and target audiences.
  • Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the development of engaging content (e.g., white papers, webinars, success cases, blog posts) that supports the buyer's journey and resonates with target audiences.
  • Budget Management: Managing the demand generation budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI to key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end sales/marketing campaigns with clear return of investment report and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for specific customer segments.
  • Knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.
  • Desired - experience in the Scanning, Printing or IDP industry

Skills & Competencies
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Digital marketing expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.
  • Communication and project management skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content.

Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience
