Position Summary:
We are seeking a capable and proactive individual to assist our teams in Vietnam. This role involves providing essential local support to ensure smooth contract execution and minimize delays for both clients and the organization.
Responsibilities include administrative support, customer communication, and documentation handling. The position requires flexibility to work both in the office and occasionally at customer sites across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage the exchange of essential documents such as invoices, shipping papers, insurance certificates, and other materials required for payments and deliveries.
• Provide Vietnamese translation support for parts, tools, and customs documentation related to import/export processes.
• Conduct inventory checks and verify the delivery of parts and tools between the organization and customers.
• Support logistics during outage events, including immigration procedures, gate passes, EHS training, and local transportation for assigned engineers and specialists.
• Collaborate with internal teams on outage planning, execution, billing, cash collection, technical issue resolution, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Occasionally work on-site with customers and technical service teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Holds a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or has equivalent experience in power plant operations and project management.
• Has hands-on experience in industrial environments, particularly in maintenance, design, and installation of mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with planning tools is a plus.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of power plant operations, outage planning, customer engagement, and contract execution.
