We are looking for a Data Analyst to lead the digital transformation of business operations by streamlining workflows and developing robust, scalable data solutions that enhance performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Mission

Your mission is to drive the digital transformation of business processes by automating workflows and delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that support performance optimization and informed decision-making. You will act as a key contributor across the entire data stack-from ETL pipelines and data modeling to the development of impactful BI dashboards-while ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous service improvement.

You will also play a proactive role in managing operational issues, addressing escalations, and supporting major incident and problem management, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Functions
  • Automate and optimize recurrent business processes through scripting and data tools.
  • Design and build scalable data architecture and pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and BI reports (Power BI).
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage and report application service performance, addressing gaps and proposing improvements.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Support the definition of data governance frameworks, reporting standards, and performance indicators.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.


Minium requirement
  • 2+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing.
  • Proven experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, AWS services, and data engineering tools.
  • Strong background in Python, Apache Airflow, Spark, and Lambda Functions.
  • Experience deploying end-to-end solutions
  • Proficiency in python and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of database design principles.
  • Hands-on experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and cloud-based services (AWS).
  • Fluent in English
