Following an exciting and very successful start to the current Water Industry investment cycle, the infrastructure division is seeking to appoint a Supplier Performance Manager to join our Water Sector focused team in Northern Ireland.

The role is within the Complex Infrastructure Practice of the AtkinsRéalis PPS division and would suit someone with experience of working in a supporting role on infrastructure projects.

Your Purpose:
  • Record all customer enquiries and complaints with co-ordination of prompt resolution or response
  • Work along with contractors and clients for a prompt resolution to complaints and queries
  • Record and collate Interruptions to Supply for the Watermains team on the NIW Incident Management System
  • Co-ordinate an external based website to enable contractors' permission to carry out roadworks
  • Train contractors and client staff on the Symology System
  • KPI reporting on Contractor's performance within Asset Delivery in Northern Ireland Water
  • Attend monthly Customer Care meetings with the client
  • Co-ordinate Coring Surveys with DFI
  • Manage online and paper filing systems
  • Manage Water Samplers for day to day works
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems
  • Organise meetings and book rooms when requested

What you can bring:
  • Holds a formal qualification, from a recognised technical college of higher education or university (e.g. degree, foundation degree, diploma or higher certificate)
  • Has more than five years' experience of working in the UK water industry or equivalent after the award of the formal qualification, or, has at least seven years' experience of working in the UK water industry or equivalent and the last three of these years working in a role equal to the category of that person.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Security clearance:

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
