Job Summary:

This role will support in facilitating the smooth and efficient execution of trade transactions. Their work involves a combination of administrative, logistical, and compliance-related tasks. This role will be reporting to the Project Control and Administrative Manager, and administratively reporting locally to the Regional Finance Controller in North Africa & FSA

In this role, your responsibilities will be
  • Support the compliance to local authorities invoice requirements through prompt application of Social insurance for our transactions to the Egypt authorities
  • Support with bid documents submissions to Egypt customers
  • Support activities in Interco transactions (FZE & Egypt entity)
  • Support docs submission tasks relating to processing of Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the manager

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 100% regular travel within Egypt


For this role, you will need
  • Driving license
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge with local government process on social insurance application is an advantage
