This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of both hard and soft facilities services at a single site within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee service providers, and ensure operational excellence across all facility-related functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The key objectives for this role are:
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of FM services provided in-house or by outsourced suppliers, including but not limited to Cleaning and hygiene, Catering, Office Security, Reception, Building Maintenance, Waste Management, Energy Management, Car Park Management, Meeting Facilities, Fleet Management etc.
- Responsible for providing daily support, advice, and guidance to FM team(s).
- Responsible for selecting, developing, and managing personnel within Facilities Services Teams, promoting teamwork, staff motivation, and effective use of human resources under their direct authority.
- Responsible for management and control of requisitions/purchase orders for materials and services via a controlled system & procedure, and all relevant personnel are trained accordingly
- To interface and build relations with contracts and functions, in particular, HSE, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure effective planning and execution of Facilities activities, where applicable.
- Assist with the review of FM Procedures and related documentation to ensure their effectiveness and, where required, propose amendments and ensure their implementation.
- Assist in the development and management of site refurbishment programmers, and building maintenance projects/plans, in accordance with agreed Wood objectives. To include tendering and negotiation of contract(s) with suppliers/contractors, continuous evaluation, and monitoring regarding progress and costs.
- Assist in the management of office space requirements - a collection of data from contracts and functions, negotiation with managers
- Assists in implementing safety and security measures to provide a safe, secure, and productive environment that allows employees to perform their best
- Actively participates and assists in the company's Emergency Response initiatives, which also
- include daily monitoring of weather and traffic reports
- Supports the submission of monthly accrual reports, spend tracking, and variance analysis
- Assists in monitoring compliance with permits, licenses, and other government-mandated rules and regulations
- Works independently with minimum supervision and freedom of decision within guidelines. Seeks guidance from management on unusual situations.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Associate's degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Personal attributes:
- Highly motivated individual with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
