Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee comprehensive facility operations, construction projects, and infrastructure management at Incirlik Airbase, Turkey. This critical role requires managing all aspects of base facilities, coordinating with U.S. Air Force personnel, Turkish authorities, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement, military standards and host nation requirements and company policies and procedures. This role is essential in supporting our mission of providing exceptional Mission Technology Solutions globally, fostering a culture of belonging, connection, and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Under general direction, responsible for the daily operations of a large site in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Capable of running an entire site by delivering Base Operations Support and delivering quality results through engaged employees.
- Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the technical and administrative sides of a complex project.
- Responsibilities include detailed planning, reporting, scheduling, incorporation of quality and safety processes, union labor relations and execution of the Performance Work Statement.

Basic Qualifications
- Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in appropriate discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as Site Management of a BOS contract or on other contracts or projects.
- Experience working as a Site Manager in international or overseas environments
- Experience managing 500 plus employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
- Proficiency in project management methodology
- Proficient in active listening and conflict resolution
