As Head of Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, innovation, and brand leadership across Northern Europe. As a key member of the Northern European Leadership Team, you are responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that elevates brand visibility, drives demand generation, and supports profitable growth. The role integrates market insights, commercial acumen, and innovative communication tactics to position the company as a leader in the energy and industrial sectors. By leading a high-performing, data-driven team, this position ensures alignment with both global and local business objectives and fosters an inclusive culture committed to customer-centric outcomes.

This role can be based at our office locations in one of the following countries: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, or the UK.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year marketing and communications strategies aligned with global and local business goals
  • Serve as a key member of the Hub Leadership Team, bringing market insights and customer focus to strategic decisions
  • Act as a trusted advisor and connector across Local Divisions, the Northern European Hub, and the Global Division - ensuring alignment and seamless communication
  • Lead and inspire a diverse, capable regional team across multiple countries, promoting a culture of innovation and high standards
  • Deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and performance channels
  • Implement demand generation programs that nurture prospects through the buyer journey
  • Shape product and solution positioning to capture emerging opportunities in the energy sector
  • Oversee brand and communications strategy to ensure consistent, compelling messaging


Your Background & Experience

We are looking for someone with an experienced external focus who views Marketing as a key enabler for future Sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics in our target industries and be comfortable representing the organization at external engagements:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in the energy or industrial technology sectors
  • Experience in effectively managing integrated marketing strategies across several countries
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
  • Experience designing and leading effective teams, including direct management and strategic resource allocation
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation, buyer journeys, and persona-based marketing
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign performance tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to manage brand and communications strategies across multiple channels and geographies
  • Fluent in English; additional Nordic or European languages considered as advantage
