Responsibilities:

• Report to senior accountant.
• Perform accounts receivables function such as issuing of invoices and allocation of receipts.
• Perform accounts payable function such as posting of supplier invoices and making payments.
• Perform checks on staff expense claims.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Perform month-end closing activities such as preparing journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in timesheet adjustments as required.
• Assist in consolidation of data for VAT submission and tax submission.
• Assist in providing information/data for annual audit.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Capable of proactive communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
• Maintains a positive and flexible mindset.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and self-motivated attitude.
• Possess a great sense of responsibility and reliability, capable of completing tasks thoroughly.
• At least 2 years relevant working experiences, preferably from MNC.
• Attentive to details and analytical mind.
• Good PC skills & familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Immediately available is an advantage.
