Job Summary:

If you are experienced Technical Sales Manager personnel promoting Engineered solution at the industrial sectors and is seeking a growth opportunity, Emerson offers an exciting role in Saudi, supporting the Emerson Measurement Solutions Systems Business Unit. You will have an exciting role of combined Engineering, Sales and Marketing responsibilities to grow "Process Analytical coordinated Systems" business across the country.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities will be:
  • Take lead on sales activity to grow Process Analytical coordinated System business to achieve and exceed goals to support the budget organization goals.
  • Take ownership of business and customers management and be the primary contact with customer through the life cycle of the project, including but not limited to
  • Achieve and exceed your annual target through building strong opportunities pipeline
  • Lead your projects pipeline for high accurate monthly and quarterly forecast
  • Map customer organization and develop relationship at all levels and identify the stack holders
  • Develop sponsors & coaches
  • Support customer from conceptual stage to post deliver customer support
  • Engaging with customers proactively to identify, screen and select opportunities for pursuit, from conceptual or FEED stage to craft customer vision to position Emerson solution as preferred solution for customer needs
  • Preparing and driving pursuit plan for major projects, in collaboration with all relevant partners across Emerson and representatives' organization
  • Ensuring Emerson's Ethics and trade compliance processes are strictly followed in all business transactions.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert and Trusted Partner to customer to understand their latent needs & pains and drive Emerson Solution addressing their needs
  • Collaboration with the Solution Architect to provide vital technical support in developing solution addressing customer needs and/ or reengineering customer vision/ needs
  • High competences for communicating value proposition and negotiation


Who you are?
  • Solid understanding for Engineered coordinated solutions Sales for (Flow Measurement Metering)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You are continuously looking forward to developing and improving your professional skills

For this Role, You Will Need:
  • Engineering Bachelor degree and MBA or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Proven Customers networking in the same field

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Proven experience for Process analytical products or system in O&G &/or Refinery & Petrochemical and Power industries
  • Ideally, you will have minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering of Process Analytical System and analytical products for all industrial sectors
  • Experience for Saudi Market segmentation in term of industries, geography and customers related to Engineered solutions systems for Analyzers and Flow measurement
