Job Summary:

As a Residential HVAC Foreman, you'll lead dynamic construction jobsites, managing crews, assigning tasks, and setting clear goals. You'll play a key role in training and mentoring apprentices and skilled installers, ensuring the team's growth and success. You'll also ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Position Requirements

Position Description:

-Organize materials and maintain jobsite for safety and efficiency.

-Ensure HVAC systems are code compliant and properly installed.

-Install ductwork, gas piping, condensate piping, and venting.

-Perform low-voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.

-Read blueprints and layout designs, both pre-drawn and custom.

-Cut/core openings and understand structural integrity when drilling.

-Lead large jobsites, manage crews, and assign tasks to meet project timelines.

Licensing and Experience:

-Valid Driver's License

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-5+ Years of HVAC Construction Experience or have successfully completed the HVAC Apprenticeship

Schedule:

-Four 10-hour days

-Overtime As Needed

-Year-Round Work
